Sign-in: Today, sign-in uses single-use email links that expire after 15 minutes. Single sign-on with SAML 2.0 and OIDC is planned.
Employee data: Equity files carry an employee token, work location and plan figures. No names, Social Security numbers, birth dates or home addresses.
Isolation: Each company’s records are kept separate, and the server enforces it.
Audit: An append-only audit log. Opening the log is itself logged.
Data uploads: Every file is checked and reviewed before it publishes, and the latest upload can be undone.
AI assistant: Buddy is built to receive no personal information.
SOC 2: We have implemented controls across identity, tenant isolation, encryption, secrets, audit logging, and CI policy. A SOC 2 audit has not been completed; no Type I or Type II report exists yet.
